One can ALWAYS spot a Lilly Barrack ring!
Edgy, contemporary, eclectic, unique, beautiful and more will best describe this killer ring.
Lilly always starts out with a very heavy/hefty sterling silver gauge metal to construct the shank. Even though it is hard and stiff there is a slit open shank at the bottom for slight size adjustment. (Size 8)
The shank (band) is 1/2″ all around and the large oval natural Tanzanite top stone sits securely in a complete sterling bezel.
Two Tanzanite cabachons and one larger faceted Tanzanite prop in a row in their own bezel.
There is a surprise 1″ band of sterling that adds great style standing across the center of the band.
Wow, what a clever and beautiful piece of art to wear!
I have been to Lily Barrack’s studio in Albuquerque, New Mexico twice now to watch the amazing production of this beautiful jewelry.
She is my absolute favorite artist for doing contemporary jewelry artwork with stones in the rough.
All the stones are hand selected by Lily herself and each mounted in a handcrafted form to fit around the stone in bezel style.
Native Americans are employed to do all the phenomenal hand work.
