I found this new artisan on my July trip to Santa Fe. His work is truly beautiful and the silver weight is hefty.
There’s so much to notice with this one of a kind pendant. I love the large etching going down the length of the piece, plus the detailed edging on the Turquoise. This type of work is called “Sawtooth Bezeling” and is found among Navajo jewelry.
There is a large and strong sterling bail at the back to accmodate most chains.
2″ long and signed.
Handcrafted in New Mexico.
